Stephanie Barron

Stephanie Barron has been a full-time dancer with Kittiwake since 2018, after graduating from George Brown College's Dance Performance Diploma Program (Honours). She received her early dance training at the Dance Centre in St. John’s and took a summer intensive at Quinte Ballet School of Canada. For Kittiwake, Stephanie has performed as the Queen of Hearts in Alice; the Arabian Princess, the Snow Queen and Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker; the lead and a pas de deux in Carmina Burana; and the White Witch in Narnia. She was both an invited mentor and participant at the National Ballet School’s Take the Lead, a workshop which seeks to empower young women to take leadership roles.
